Refund policy
At Com-press, we aim to provide the highest-quality compression socks that meet your expectations for performance, comfort, and visibility. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you need, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return even if you’ve worn the socks to try them out.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and all parts (e.g., both socks) must be complete. Light use is allowed, as we understand you may need to try them first.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@com-press.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or how we can improve.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. Once you request a return, we will calculate the return shipping cost and email it to you for approval. After your approval, we will send you the link to start the return process. The return shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect the item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong size, color, or variant, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to report any such issues.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus any agreed return shipping costs. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us first. Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference (if applicable). After payment, you will receive the link to register your return. Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit via email so you can place a new order.
Com-press reserves the right to deny returns that fall outside of this policy or do not meet the stated conditions. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our return system will not be accepted.
